Just to clarify this is experimental gene therapy NOT a vaccine. A entirely new compensation program should be started for those injured by experimental gene therapy. It was marketed as a vaccine in order to get people to accept it. If they had given full disclosure and marketed it as gene therapy, it would not have been accepted by the people who submitted to it.
