A path forward
The journey seeking justice for all those who have been injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
Tonight I had the honor of appearing on Steve Kirsch’s program, the VSRF podcast, to discuss COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation and the many hurdles with our current system.
Just so much to talk about the corruption, the ineptness of our government that I could not get to the main point I wanted to discuss with Steve.
That is …… a path forward for all those who have been injured by the COVID-19 vaccine.
Also on the program was Robert Krakow, a good friend and established attorney who has defended many vaccine injured in the NVICP.
Steve’s last guest was Nikki Holland, a physical therapist, mother of three and was vaccine injured by the second dose of Moderna back in February 2021. Please click on her name and read the attached article about her struggles.
It is truly remarkable the courage displayed by Nikki telling her story. God Bless Her.
Which brings me to the main topic that I could not discuss with the panel due to time constraints.
How can we help Nikki and the thousands of other vaccine injured. Their daily suffering and quest to find out what happened to them.
So here it goes. A path forward.
This is going to be a very difficult and lengthy journey.
Need to identify as many people who have been injured as possible. Many are injured and do not even know it. Many know they have been injured and are hiding in the shadows of daily life.
Get them in touch with the several large COVID-19 vaccine injury groups already established.
The vaccine hesitancy community is extremely large. We have been living with vaccine injury for 5, 10, 20 years and longer. We can provide support. Isolation and depression are very powerful enemies to those who have been injured. April is Autism Awareness Month. I have always detested that description. It should be Autism Action Month or something similar. But our community is very large and we will welcome you, provide needed advice and guidance. We have become very good at it for far too long.
A historical view of the vaccine injured appears to follow a similar journey. First, our children, our precious resource. Many were injured as a small child. Many regressed into severe medical disorders and diseases. My son Nick, injured by the MMR vaccine at the age of 13 months, later would regress, loose his speech, and today, is a vibrant 24 year old, who is non verbal, dependent on his parents for care, and absolutely loves movies of Barney, old Disney, and Teletubbies. Public Health denied that many of our children were injured from the vaccine. Their answer, it must be in the parents genes. And we witnessed what I considered the greatest travesty of justice for our children, The Omnibus Autism Proceedings.
Next came Gardasil and the carnage it created on our teenagers. Seeing all state volleyball, track, and tennis athletes being reduced to a life in a wheelchair is horrific. Girls later to find out 5 to 10 years down the road they are unable to conceive children. And the most recent development of POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). The vast majority of petitions filed in the NVICP for Gardasil allege POTS. And the petitions are being dismissed almost as fast as they are being filed. I have written previously about POTS and why it is a policy decision to dismiss these claims instead of one based on science.
Now, COVID-19 vaccines have caused so much collateral damage to so many. Adults are the primary targets. The difference here is that the vaccine injured are the breadwinners of the family, they are losing their jobs, doctors providing no hope for recovery due to not knowing what they are dealing with and also the politics of state medical boards and their black hand reaching up to grab any doc who claims the vaccine is causing all this harm.
So what can we do about this? As I mentioned previously, it will be a very difficult and lengthy journey. But we have to start.
For many of you who have been injured by the COVID-19 vaccine, Robert Krakow and I have been conducting Zoom meetings with many to answer your questions about filing a petition in the CICP, what EUA means, and helping craft a message for many to carry forward. It is my plan to continue these meetings for anyone that is interested or has questions or concerns. 1 person or 100 at a time. Just call.
The COVID-19 vaccine injury community needs to create a simple, common mission statement that can be shared across all vaccine injury groups.
“Our government asked us to do our part to stop the virus. We thought we were doing the right thing. Now we are injured, many severely. We are hurting, we are in pain. We are losing our jobs. We are demanding our government to do the right thing and establish compensation for the tens of thousands who have been injured or have died.”
They need to stay away from getting stuck in the weeds, the tall grass of hammering out specific legislation. No need to debate the details. Just contact their federal elected members of Congress and repeat the above mission statement.
Keep this movement as an apolitical constituency. Do not get trapped in the political debate. You need compensation, your private insurance is not covering treatments, you are in pain, you cannot work. Laser focus on the mission statement.
Grow your numbers in each state. A gathering of 100 or 200 vax injured people is just a small group. But if you can get 500 or more in each state, that is 25,000 with one goal in mind. To achieve compensation. And that is a game changer that Congress cannot ignore.
Keep learning, keep challenging yourself and always, always question authority.
Thank you for helping share Nikki's story.
Thank you so very much for being a hero in the eyes of the vaccine injured. We appreciate you so very much and we will fight right along side with you. ❤️
