What countermeasure treatments were withheld? Remdesivir? Jabs? Monoclonal antibodies? Are they alleging that HCQ and/or Ivermectin was withheld? 🤔
lawsuit and judge's decision on the motion to move to federal court did not mention the specific countermeasures. It also could be that the employees did not exercise caution when out in the public off work. Just do not know right now.
