Do you think that there is a new directive coming from RFK Jr to the Special Masters to have a less adversarial process in NVICP cases that resulted in this decision?
For right now, Bobby has to stay clear of these cases. Let the process of DOJ attorneys, HRSA and the federal courts deal with the petitioner and their attorney. Now that being said, who knows in the future. The decision to appeal to the Federal Circuit must be made before Aug 11. And if the Gov't appeals, what will their argument be?? One of the main medical experts (Harris) agreed w petitioner's expert (Shuman) of encephalopathy. The SM actions were neutral. the appeal can only address the actions of the SM, not the verdict. Side note, 3 of my students, alums of the NVICP class, were the research arm of this article. They really dug in and read thru the 70 some pages inside and out plus references. Taxpayers, federal and state, pay for approx 53% of all vaccine purchases thru various gov't programs. The rest come from sales paid for by private insurance and other means. The real scandal is the trust fund only contains approx $250 million in cash. The rest are gov't IOU's. Treasury securities. Most of the proceeds are send to the general fund and treasury issues its paper to be held in trust.
So paid out of taxes on vaccine doses I gather. I suppose pharma can offset the taxes in their accounts. Avoids them having the awkward business of being asked to pay their victims direct or even stopping vaccines altogther.
Pharmaceuticals is an anagram of 'Uh as malpractice'. What a scam.
