It took 3 weeks for the November data of all petitions filed in the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) to be published today. That’s what we get when our government relies on contractors to process petition claims, correspondence with petitioners, and correlate data for monthly and annual reporting.
The November 2022 data was released today and it is dismal.
7,582 petitions filed for injury or death as a result of the COVID jab. That is an increase of 170 from last month.
3,064 petitions filed for injury or death as a of receiving an EUA medication or medical device used for the treatment of the COVID virus. That is an increase of 153 since October 2022 reporting.
That adds up to 10,646 COVID related petitions filed.
It appears from reviewing the filing numbers over the last 3 months, the amount of petitions filed have been slowing. Some would say that people are not being injured (HRSA and CDC worshippers).
From my interviews with many of the injured, their spoken words would state differently. The vast majority are now stating “why bother filing, I will not be compensated for my injuries and misery.” Our friends, neighbors and people of this land are giving up hope of being compensated for their injury.
Maybe that is what our government wants.
Some news to report. Remember the anaphylaxis petition deemed compensable since Sept 2021 (over 13 months of waiting for a decision and review) was partially compensated. For what, we do not know. Sad reality, if this person is still living, the compensation will be for medical expenses or care not paid by private insurance or other means.
There are 8 pending compensable claims of myocarditis related injuries.
I have no more words to describe the actions of our federal government and how they misled the public and how they treat those who are injured or have died as a result of a COVID countermeasure.
Pathetic, barbaric, immoral, cruel, pitiful, contemptful.
I guess I did have a few more words to describe this process.
Keep learning, keep challenging yourself and always, always question authority.
Some of the denied claims do not bode well. One included GBS. Which is outrageous. They have well over 200 claims for GBS. Dwarfing the 30 H1N1 claims for GBS compensated by this program as a table injury.
I filed my claim in August, a year after my injury but it took everything in me to do it because I know that my chances of being compensated are slim to none and a measly couple thousand dollars can NEVER make up for stealing me from my 5 year old daughter for a year+ and then infecting her with Mononucleosis and possibly vaccine shedding. A couple thousand dollars can’t even cover the amount of money I have spent to simply survive while unable to work or the unending pain and suffering I live with every day or make up for what my child has suffered. So I understand people giving up! The entire thing is so outrageous!
