The COVAX Facility, a creature developed by WHO, Gavi, UNICEF and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness (CEPI) will conclude its mission on Dec 31, 2023 of providing COVID-19 vaccines to the designated 92 low-income countries who could not provide for its own citizens.
According to several news reports, the initiative was able to secure 2 billion doses of the vaccine which led to saving at least 2.7 million people in lower-income economies.
Yet not one of the news reports can provide foundation for the estimated 2.7 million figure. Just throwing cooked pasta against the wall and seeing what may stick.
COVAX also has reported raising over $8 billion to help procure the COVID-19 vaccine. Most of that came from the US. $2 billion in 2021 and another $2 billion in 2022.
This all sounds like a great success. Yet when we pull back the curtain on this wizard figure, we find a janitor speaking into a microphone.
The designated lower-income countries signed away their national sovereignty to an unelected organization. The country and its citizens could not sue for damages.
COVAX established a vaccine injury compensation scheme or program using the US Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program as a template.
A development of this compensation scheme is the administrator of the program, ESIS is an US based claims administrator. ESIS refuses to release any compensation data such as number of claims filed, how many have been compensated, dollar amounts, type of vaccine, type of medical condition, etc.
So they act very similar to the US program administered by HRSA, but without any transparency. Don’t you think the US federal taxpayer would like to know where their tax dollars are being spent?
So what will happen with the shift away from procuring and distributing COVID related vaccines?
There is a lot of money still remaining in the bank accounts for COVAX. According to one report, $1 billion will be invested in African vaccine manufacturing initiatives.
Didn’t the African continent lead the world in the lowest COVID infection rates before vaccination? The global media did not report on this fact with much enthusiasm.
My thought is that since COVAX infrastructure is still in place, will it just move into the traditional vaccine space. This might create a global facility for Pharma to have complete immunity for all vaccines.
I will keep you posted if there is any news on the vaccine compensation from COVAX.
Keep learning, keep challenging yourself and always, always question authority.
Happy New Year

I hope someone has been tracking the "died suddenly" excess mortality rates in Africa, particularly from when GAVI, Wellcome and Covax all moved in to build facilities for production in 2022, and onwards.
I'll hazard a guess that we will start to get stories of increased mortality🤔😐
It will be blamed on a newer, more deadlier strain, rather than admit the shots are contaminated with plasmids, among other things. Given the far lower uptake in those African nations thst paid for access to the shots (like South Africa), it's going to take longer to see the fall out. So it will be closer to 2026 before they reach the same level as developed countries are now (and still rapidly climbing).🤔😐🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
And they say Rockefeller is dead. He is more alive than ever!
