Over the course of the next 10 days, I will be releasing 5 reports regarding the potential movement of COVID-19 vaccine injuries from the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
This is a much needed transfer to allow those who have been injured and those that will be injured from the COVID-19 vax to actually have an opportunity to present their case, instead of filing with the right to sit and wait for years only to loose.
The CICP, why it is inadequate to handle any nationwide epidemic or pandemic declaration.
Existing legislation and proposed legislation to transfer vax injury petitions to the NVICP. The US Senate will introduce legislation this upcoming Tuesday, March 8th. Review of legislation introduced in the House June 2021.
Current roadblocks to overcome.
Pharma, the puppetmaster.
HHS, HRSA, DOJ and The Courts roles in this potential transfer and which side are they on.
Might continue to add on if more frustrating and fascinating material is unearthed.
Keep Learning, Keep Challenging yourself and always, always question authority.
It’s heartening to see that at least the Republicans are proposing legislation. Will it make amendments to the PREP act? Will they push time to file a claim out to three years? If this becomes partisan this will ironically make it out of the Senate because of the stroke suffered to the boosted NM Senator. I’m curious if the house democrats will fall on the sword and block it. What helped them seize power may make them loose power, ironic and fitting.
Thanks for all your hard work. Excellent article.
