Vaccine Court class starting in September

Actually, the NVICP and CounterMeasures Injury Comp Program.

Returning mid-September, the second offering of The Vaccine Court and CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program will be offered thru IPAK-EDU.org.

I will lead a 15 week, 1 hour class discussion of the workings of the NVICP and the secret vastly unknown CICP in great detail. Joining us will be expert guest lecturers discussing many segments of these programs.

This course will provide you a greater understanding of the two compensation programs in the US.

• Early years of the NVICP and amendments to the Act.

• 1989, 1990, 1995 & 1997 – radical changes to the Program.

• Congressional hearings and federal legislation.

• US Supreme Court rulings including Bruesewitz, Cloer and Whitecotton

• Courts use of Omnibus proceedings. Not just Autism.

• Mechanisms to add vaccines to the Program.

• What is the Advisory Commission for Childhood Vaccines (ACCV).

• Special Masters, DOJ attorneys, HHS, HRSA and the Federal Courts.

• The Vaccine Injury Trust Fund.

• Understanding of Table Injuries vs non-Table Injuries.

• How to prove causation.
