September CICP statistics released

As its customary practice, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) released the Sept 2023 data of petitions filed for compensation of Covid-19 jab injury and death reports on a Friday afternoon. The common practice of releasing problematic news when no one is paying attention. The media dump.

The quick and dirty. Not one petition or claim for compensation as a result of an injury or death from a Covid-19 vaccine or other declared countermeasure in this recent statistics report. That makes 3 months in a row of no new compensable cases.

Total CICP claims for COVID filed = 12,110

Yet HRSA has been very busy dismissing claims. 1,129 to be exact, consisting of the following:

• Requested medical records not submitted: 47

• Standard of proof not met: 193

• Not CICP covered product/not specified: 251

• Missed the filing deadline: 638

The remaining petitions pending review = 10,949

HRSA seems proud to promote the number of claims eligible for compensation: 32. Of that number;

• Claims compensated: 4 ( really unreimbursed medical expenses only)

• Claims pending benefits determination: 27

• Claims with no eligible reported expenses: 1
