HRSA released the August data statistics for COVID-19 jab injury compensation cases plus other countermeasures. And it is a virtual repeat of July data. If there is no good news, governments will generally release reports in late Friday after noon dump piles.
No cased were determined to be compensable. Not a damn one.
Let’s review a few data points to understand the ineptness of our federal government, basically the Executive Branch fore which the Dept of HHS resides. click here for the source.
Since July 1, 2023, only 128 petitioners were filed regarding COVID-19 countermeasure injury or death. Since January 1, 2023, only 960 claims have been filed. Hardly a blip on anyone’s radar, especially HRSA’s.
Maybe that is by design. No advertising of this program. No public awareness campaigns. No informed consent!
Yet, since the beginning of Covid, there have been 12,025 claims filed. Of that number, there has been 1,138 decisions of which 1,109 have been dismissed.
The remaining 29 have been found eligible for compensation. 4 have been notified that they will receive a check for unreimbursed medical expenses. 1 received a letter but no check and the remaining 24 are pending medical benefits determination.
What remains? 10,887 claims are pending review. That is the backlog for processing. At this rate, I roughly calculate it will take nearly 6.5 years or 78 months just to clear these existing claims. Not to mention how many will be filed between now and 2030.
Keep learning, keep challenging yourself and always, always question authority.

My neighbors’ husband served 30 years in the military & died of Agent Orange poisoning years ago. She’s still waiting for his “case” to be processed & given his settlement $$
