CICP did pay out 1st death benefit from a Covid vaccine.
This will change the "official" narrative.
Back in August, I published an article asking if the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program just award a death benefit from a COVID vaccine.
The next day, I sent a FOIA request to HRSA asking for a breakout of compensation details of the damage award such as death benefit or unreimbursed medical expenses.
Don’t hold your breath on the response time. It maybe sometime next summer before receiving their response, if any.
The amount of the award $370,376.00 was a bit alarming. My earlier Substack article suggested a possibility of a death benefit but also possible unreimbursed medical expenses incurred.
However this amount was also a bit familiar. Listed below are the death benefit payouts of the Public Safety Officers Benefit (PSOB) year by year. The Department of Justice oversees the PSOB program. Sure enough, take a look at the payout for fiscal year 2021. It is the very same amount. The date of the death determines which fiscal year payout.
So trying to create a timeline on the events. The vaccine rollout commenced December 2020. The petitioner died sometime before Sept 2021. Petition would have to be filed no later than 1 year after. God Bless the family during this tragedy.
The death must have occurred sometime during the first half of 2021, allowed family to obtain medical records and file a petition in the CICP. Interesting that the petition stated COVID-19 vaccine causing myocarditis. Maybe death occurred days, weeks later and petition was amended prior to any decision by HRSA medical staff.
With very high reliability, I can now report the first petition in the CICP paying for COVID vaccine related death. So much for safe and effective.
The issue really is whether or not HRSA admitting in an administrative function that a COVID-19 vaccine caused myocarditis and death.
Does anyone remember HRSA or HHS admitting death from a vaccine that is part of the CICP prior to COVID? There were two. But not a word from CICP program. Take a look at the chart I received from HRSA earlier this year about awards prior to COVID.
Dr. Michael Osterholm, Dr. Peter Hotez, both of you will need to change your narrative that no one has died from the COVID vaccine. Doctors and clinicians reported deaths in VAERS, so many athletes and celebrities died suddenly on the field of sport or on stage. Now we have a confirmed case of death by a COVID vaccine as determined by the medical review staff of doctors within HRSA.
