April 2025 COVID vax injury compensation petitions
HRSA returning to their old behavior of ignoring vaccine injury
April 2025 statistics have been released for COVID-19 vaccine injury compensation. And it is more of the same.
Three petitions filed in 2021-2022 time frame were issued “compensation” from the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation program. (CICP)
It is more of the same for the last 3 years. Reimbursement for medical expenses incurred that are not covered by medical insurance is known in the halls of HRSA as “compensation”.
That makes 30 awards for COVID-19 vaccine injury in the CICP. 60 overall includes awards from previous awards of H1N1 back in 2010 and 2011.
The three awards for the April announcement total $13,741.40. Hardly considered compensation.
Most will see the large $2.56 million dollar award that was announced earlier this year. And no word or response from HRSA regarding my FOIA filed immediately asking for a breakdown of that large award. Might have to wait several months for a response if I am lucky. Here is my article about that specific award.
Also included in the monthly report, are the breakdowns of the number of petitions filed, decisions rendered, and sadly, the number of petitions that have been dismissed.
Of the 4,111 decisions related to COVID-19, nearly all 4,044 have been denied. See chart below. And most of those dismissed are the result of missing the 1 year statute of limitations filing period. As I mentioned in my letter to Secretary of HHS Kennedy last month, I asked that all dismissals must be reinstated mainly because they were not informed of the CICP when they received the vaccine. No informed consent.
Our nation owes it to all those who have been injured by an covered countermeasure the ability to proceed with fairness and expediency, to seek compensation for their injury or loss of a loved one.
Until then, keep learning, keep challenging yourself, and always, always question authority.

Wayne Rohde— thanks for reporting. These numbers are beyond the beyond of shockingly inadequate. Believe the government, you're on your own.
I think one of the main issues with reporting COVID jab injuries and other jab injuries is that health authorities have basically adopted an unofficial policy to ignore the Bradford Hill criteria, therefore they can state 'no causal link'
