It’s time we recognized the full extent of the brain injuries caused by vaccinating our children with an unchecked unsafe vaccine schedule. The conversation focuses on the link between vaccines and autism. That’s just one aspect of the damage.

Poor parents, having to be put through the ringer. Even though they won the case, there is real no justice for their loss. All vaccines cause encephalitis, just with varying degrees.

vaccine injured brain = encephalitis = symptom is speech loss/inability to learn speech

This article is a lot of fluff with no substance.

Show me the quote by Dr Shumer that the vaccine triggered the encephalitis. It does NOT say that in his report, does it? Because if it did, surely the author would have directly quoted it.

Do you honestly think the petitioners would have been awarded without the finding that the injections were the cause of the brain injury?

Absofuckinglutely.

The special masters are lawyers/judges, not neuroscientists.

It appears that you are just trolling. The actual medical testimony provided by medical practitioners is at the core of these decisions. The Special Master just facilitates the hearings and testimony, then decides which side is more convincing and meets the criteria of the law.

Yeah and the NVICP accepts testimony from clowns such as David and Mark Geier as "expert" testimony too. It's very easy for the plaintiffs attorney to hire quack "experts" who tell the special master that vaccines caused everything from leukemia to brain tumors.

might want to learn about the Daubert Standard before commenting again. You really do not know what you are talking about. The indirect cross examination of medical experts by other medical experts insures proper medical evidence and theories advance.
