Another COVID-19 vax injury petition was eligible for compensation
"but no eligible losses or expenses reported"
The news last month of 3 petitions were “compensated” by the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) traveled very fast. Around the world within a couple of days.
News sources in the United Kingdom, Canada and Taiwan mentioned it.
Yet the compensation was really a reimbursement for medical expenses not covered by private insurance or other means.
Hidden in the news from last month, there was another petition found eligible for compensation as well. But the caveat with this petition is that there was no reported losses or medical expenses reported. So no compensation for the injury.
This listing can be found on the CICP data website.
Table 5. CICP Claims Eligible for Compensation, but No Eligible Reported Losses or Expenses (Fiscal Years 2010 – 2023) as of April 1, 2023. The first ten items are from processing of claims back in 2010. Item #11 is new as of April 1, 2023.
This petitioner has probably received a letter by now from the CICP. Something like Dear Petitioner, we have some good news and some bad news. The good news, The CICP has determined that your injury, myocarditis, was determined to eligible for compensation. The bad news, since you did not report any losses or medical expenses for your injury, the CICP will not be compensating you for your injury.
Just another example why COVID-19 vaccine injuries should not be processed in the CICP. This program is not about helping those who were injured but rather protecting the vaccine program in the United States. Pathetic.
Keep learning, keep challenging yourself and always, always question authority.

Stay on this Wayne; good job!
Chip away at the monster
Wayne, how would one one go about doing a FOIA request of how many federal employees have received compensation including disability, paid leave and wage loss claims for their C19 vaccine injuries?
